At The Decibel Crew, every product we sell is digital — things like ebooks, guides, and bonus packs you can download right after checkout. Because of this, all sales are final once your files are delivered.
Since digital files can’t be “returned,” we don’t offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase. Once your order has been processed and the download link sent, it’s considered completed.
We strongly recommend double-checking your cart before finalizing payment to be sure you’ve selected the right product.
That said, we understand that honest mistakes happen. If there’s ever a situation such as:
You were charged twice by accident, or
There was a technical issue that stopped you from getting your download,
please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase at support@thedbcrew.com.
We’ll look into it right away and make things right.
If your download link didn’t arrive or isn’t opening properly, just email us. We’ll resend your files manually to make sure you get what you paid for.
